I’m DJ Snipes — a Real Estate Advisor with Engel & Völkers Golden Isles, and a St. Simons Island resident who has spent 20 years helping families buy, build, and sell on the Georgia coast.
Real estate here isn’t one job — it’s several. Over hundreds of closed transactions I’ve represented new-construction buyers at the builder’s table, listed and sold island homes, walked raw acreage and development tracts, and helped investors read a deal before they signed it. I know how builders price, how island inventory moves, and where a buyer or seller can win.
I’m also a Navy veteran, so serving VA buyers and FLETC relocations is personal to me. Whatever your move looks like, my promise is the same: show up on time, tell the truth, and finish the mission.
