From the Navy to the Georgia Coast

My discipline and my standards come from the Navy. Service teaches you that the details matter, that people are counting on you, and that you finish what you start. I carry that into every transaction. When I tell a client I’ll have an answer by end of day, I have it — and if I don’t know something yet, I say so and go find out.

For eight of my twenty years, I worked directly on the builder side of the new-home industry. I sat where the on-site sales rep sits. I learned exactly how builders price homes, structure incentives, write their contracts, and manage a construction timeline. That’s knowledge most buyers never get to see — and today I put it entirely on my clients’ side of the table.

But the coast isn’t only new construction. Over the years I’ve listed and sold island homes, walked raw acreage and development tracts with buyers, and helped investors size up a property before they committed. It’s given me a rare, full-market view of the Golden Isles — from a first-time buyer’s starter home to a multi-acre development play.

Why This Matters to Me

Family is what drives me. It’s the reason I do this work the way I do — because I know a home is where a family’s life happens, and getting it right matters far beyond the closing table. I’ll always talk about my family as my motivation, and I’ll always protect their privacy while I do.
